This product is Natural sun dried form of coconut shell…the
Testa(brown part) is peeled and further sundried to reduce oil content and grated to retain
the taste and aroma ,in use for making different flavours of chutney powder, sweets like
ladoos, dry jamun etc., Vegetable salad dressing, toppings etc .
Storage: can be stored in room temperature up to 3 months .
